The Fundamentals and Foundation of Energy Medicine Workshop is for anyone interested in, or studying, any energy healing therapies. The list of therapies includes, but is not exclusively, bioenergy, reiki, IET, reflexology, sound therapy and so on.
This workshop will offer

- An introduction to the use of energy in all healing work.
- Exercises and practices for increasing your ability to perceive energy (to see/feel and perceive it).

- How to ground yourself and prepare for conducting energy efficiently.
- Calling in the energy.
- Learn to see, sense and feel the energy.
- Emotional Anatomy: Introduction to how the body expresses emotions / or locks in emotions creating pain or dis-ease
- Energy healing on others.
- learn to clear stuck (negative) energy from a space, thing or person.
- A self-treatment to heal rips, tears, etc from your energy system
Includes PDF class workbook, and Certificate of Completion.
No previous training or special abilities are required as it is a skill that everyone can learn.

The Tutor: Dee O’Connor is a Sound and Energy Therapist and Coach working with energy for over 15 years. She currently runs and tutors in the BioEnergy School of Ireland and is well known countrywide as a Sound Therapist. Dee is trained in many modalities including Reiki, BioEnergy, Access Bars, Touch For Health Kinesiology, Sound Therapy and others.
